Using  a watch configurator* that was developed in-house, every customer has the opportunity to design their own personal custom-built timepiece – perfectly tailored to their individual imagination of luxury and dream of the Porsche 911. Certain features and design e lements of the legendary 911 have been available for timepieces before, but now for the first time, the configurator adopts the sports car principle of being able to design a model entirely according to one’s ownpreferences. The 911 represents iconic design and great emotions in serial production. However, the exact appearance of each individual sports car is decided by each owner, turning the already special Porsche into a unique sports car like no other. The Custom-built Timepieces translate the same principle into the luxury watch segment for the first time: with a wide variety of options, both visually and technically. With numerous details reflected in the 911 and chronographs. With an unprecedented choice in terms of timepiece design.

The Porsche Design Chronotimer is the basis of each custom-built timepiece. Its high-quality case is not only extremely lightweight, highly durable and hypoallergenic thanks to the high-tech titanium material typical of Porsche Design Timepieces, but also comfortable to wear. Three different color options for the case – titanium, black or a combination of the two – guarantee that each wearer can create a timepiece that perfectly fits their personal style.
A wealth of options from the 911 color program for the individual dial color complement its design. The dial itself is visually inspired by the instrument cluster and the rev counter of the sports car. The strap can also be adapted to the owner’s preferences: whether a timeless titanium strap with a surface finish in black or titanium, or a soft leather strap matching the 911 interior material and color options. The leather strap can be accented with contrasting stitching in any genuine Porsche 911 vehicle yarn color.

FROM THE FIRST SECOND.

In this individually designed masterpiece beats the heart of a self-winding timepiece; powered by the winding rotor. This rotor is available as the PD icon rotor in black, in the design of the legendary Fuchs alloy wheel or in the form of one of the light-alloy wheels in the current 911. The individual winding rotor is stylishly implemented with the distinctive central locking, bearing the Porsche Crest. In addition, a personal note, name or VIN number can be engraved on the case back of the custom-built timepiece, making the watch not only unique but also personalized.

The heart of each custom-built timepiece is the Porsche Design WERK 01.100. The latest chronograph caliber with COSC certification sets itself apart with its state-of-the-art manufacturing methods combined with the highest levels of engineering and watchmaking skills. Exquisite materials, careful craftsmanship and utmost attention to detail make the perfect centerpiece an unmistakable masterpiece that meets even the highest demands.
